Create and manage clips
In Salescaling, clips are key snippets from a meeting, either extracted automatically or created manually. Managing clips is key to organizing and maximizing the information extracted from your meetings.
The platform uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate clips based on the assigned meeting type and salient moments, such as discussion of important topics, decision making, or key questions. This saves you time by allowing the system to identify the most relevant points from each meeting.

If you prefer more control over which moments to highlight, you can also create clips manually.
To do so, go to the meeting of your choice, and on the Clips & Notes tab, click + New Clip. Cut out the snippet that interests you the most and assign a note to it.
You can edit and delete clips in two ways: from the Clips tab within a specific meeting, or by accessing the clip directly from the clip library.
To edit a clip, start by navigating to the Clips tab in the relevant meeting. From there, select the clip you want to modify. When you click edit, a window will open and you can adjust both the start and end of the clip to match the exact moment you want to highlight. You can also modify the clip's note to make it easier to identify its content in the future.
Once you've made these changes, simply save your edit to reflect the adjustments.
If you'd rather delete a clip, the process is just as simple. From the same Clips tab in a meeting, find the clip you want to delete. When you click delete, you'll be prompted for confirmation before deleting the clip. It's important to note that deleting a clip will not affect the entire meeting recording; Only that specific snippet will be deleted, giving you the flexibility to manage your information without losing all of your content.
