Upload recorded meetings
If you have a recording of a meeting that was not automatically recorded on the platform, you can upload it manually.
To do so, you must log in to your account and access the Meetings page. Click on the button at the top right of the screen called Upload recording and select the video file of the meeting you wish to upload from your device. Once the file is uploaded, the recording will be processed and appear in your meeting listing.
Make sure that the recording you upload is in a supported format (MP4, AVI and MKV) to ensure a successful upload.
