Edit meeting title

By default, Salescaling will assign the meeting title accordingly to the title of the event created in your calendar. You can change the title to whatever you like.

Share meeting

You can copy the direct link of the meeting to share it with other team members or clients.

Copy to CRM

You also have the option to copy the meeting information to send it directly to your CRM.

To sign up and start using Salescaling, you simply need an active Google or Microsoft account linked to your company.

Choose the Google or Microsoft account you'd like to associate with our platform. Salescaling will automatically identify your account's domain to link you with the relevant organisation, so no extra details are required.

After authentication, you'll enter the platform to set up automations and access recorded meetings.

To log in again, use the same Google or Microsoft account you registered with.

On the meeting screen in Salescaling, you can access all relevant meeting information, including the meeting score, summary, key topics, and more.

1. AI Score The AI Score gives you an automatic evaluation of meeting performance and productivity. It is presented as a percentage that measures the effectiveness of the conversation, providing an overview of the quality of the meeting. The score is based on different factors such as the focus of the topics, the participation of the attendees, and the clarity of communication.

2. Summary The Summary gives you a quick overview of the main topics discussed during the meeting. It's an automatic summary generated by the platform that highlights the key points discussed.

3.Topics and Highlights The Topics and Highlights section breaks down the most important aspects of the conversation. This section is very useful for quickly identifying the most relevant topics without having to review the entire meeting transcript.

4.Meeting Video and Player At the top right of the screen, you'll see the meeting video. You can play the entire recording, skip forward or backward in intervals, and review any specific part of the conversation.

5.Transcript Below the video, you have the meeting transcript, which shows everything that was said, marked by the corresponding speakers and timestamps. This allows you to

Adding the bot manually to meetings

If you are conducting a real-time meeting or have a meeting scheduled for the future that you want to link to the Salescaling bot, use the button that appears at the top right of the screen called Record meeting.

This button will allow you to attach the link to an ongoing or future meeting. Once configured, the bot will join the meeting and it will be added to your list and you will be able to access it once it has finished.
