Improving transcription quality
At Salesscaling, we pride ourselves on delivering transcriptions with a high level of accuracy. If you're not seeing this reflected in your meeting recordings, keep in mind that transcription quality is directly related to audio quality. Here are some simple tips to improve your meeting transcription experience:
Mute your microphone when you're not speaking. This reduces background noise and improves the clarity of other participants' voices.
Avoid interrupting other participants. Speaking clearly and without interruptions allows the transcription to more accurately capture each speaker's ideas.
Use headphones to avoid echo and feedback that can distort the audio and affect the transcription.
* Speak loudly and clearly. Make sure you articulate your words well and maintain an appropriate volume so that the transcription system can accurately capture everything.
Turn on the background noise filter. If you're using tools like Google Meet, we recommend turning on the background noise filter. This helps eliminate unwanted sounds that could interfere with the transcription.
