Setting up meetings
In Salescaling, you can customise the bots that join your meetings to record and transcribe them according to your preferences. Here's how to adjust bot messages, audios, images, and transcription languages.
When a Salescaling bot enters a meeting to record it, you can set a welcome message for attendees, ensuring everyone is informed that the session is being recorded.
Go to the Settings section from the sidebar. Select Meetings and look for the option to customise the bot message. Enter the text you want the bot to display when starting a meeting recording.
In addition to the text message, you can also record or upload an audio file for the bot to play when it enters the meeting. This allows you to provide a more personalised welcome or explain important details.
If you work with teams or clients that speak different languages, Salescaling allows you to add multiple languages for automatic meeting transcriptions.
Within the Meetings settings, you’ll find the Translations option. Here, you can assign more than one language to your transcriptions, ensuring that all participants' contributions are accurately captured, no matter their language.
