Bot has not joined, How to add the bot to a meeting?
You can add the bot to a meeting from the meeting list, by clicking the “Record Meeting” button and copying the link of the meeting you want it to join. Learn more about this feature

How do I cancel a bot?
You can cancel the bot directly from the meeting list, in the “Upcoming” button you can see the scheduled meetings that the bot will join. In its settings you can click on “Cancel bot” and the bot will not join that meeting.

Can meetings be scheduled in Salescaling?
Salescaling does not have a built-in meeting scheduler. However, we do have a calendar section that allows you to view your events synced with your built-in calendar, whether it's Google or Microsoft. This feature helps you get a clear overview of your scheduled meetings and commitments, but please note that it's not possible to schedule meetings directly from the platform. To schedule new meetings, you'll need to do so through your external calendar.

How long does it take to process a meeting?
The time it takes to process a meeting in Salescaling can vary depending on the length of the recording and the system load at the time. Typically, processing of short meetings (30 minutes or less) can be completed within a few minutes, while longer meetings may take a little longer. You will receive a notification to the email linked to the platform once processing is complete, and you will be able to access the recording, transcript, and generated clips.

The recording you upload to the platform must be in a compatible MP4, AVI and MKV format to ensure successful upload.

How can I share a clip with other users?
Currently, there is no direct feature in Sales Scaling that allows you to share clips with other users. However, you can use a simple alternative to share the information. To do so, simply copy the URL of the clip from the address bar of your browser while viewing the clip. You can then send this URL to the users you want to share the clip with. By accessing the link, they will be able to view the clip on the platform.

How do I set up my CRM with Salescaling?
Salescaling only integrates with the Hubspot CRM, to do so go to the Settings Integrations section and select your CRM to automatically connect it to your account. Details on CRM integration.

Can I invite users to the platform?
At the moment, it is not possible to invite users directly to the platform from Salescaling. If you need new users to register, they will need to do so independently following the standard registration process and we will automatically take their email domain to add them to your organization if applicable.

How do I register and access the platform?
You can sign up using a Google or Microsoft account. Authentication is done automatically through your business account domain. Learn more about registration and login.

Where are the clips stored?
All clips are stored in the platform's clip library. You can search for any clip using the search bar and the specific filters. You'll also find clips specific to a meeting on that meeting's page.
